COYOTE - CACTUS '15 Phoenix, Arizona

DATES -  March 10-14, 2015 (Tuesday to Saturday)
 

TRAVEL -  participants will travel with parents (or other designates) Recommended travel days on Monday 9th; Sunday 16th

ACCOMMODATIONS -  we have set up a central team hotel

PLAYER APPAREL

• players should bring their program gear (hat, shirt, shorts)
• Coyote Baseball will also provide a Coyote Cactus '15 shirt to each participant.
• Performance stream players will be provided a game jersey (to be returned)
• All athletes will need to bring baseball pants.  

                    o Our program pant is white with red piping.

                     o These may be purchased at Coyote Den. The pant may also be available locally at Grand Slam Sports, in Okotoks.

• Players will need red belt, red socks (should bring 3-4 pairs) and red short- sleeve undershirt for game days long sleeves are not necessary
• Players may wish to bring a batting jacket for cooler evenings

PROGRAM - this is a dual stream training program

• Top priority is training and player development.
• Players will work with our staff, and the staff from Big League Experience (Vancouver)
• Players will be assigned to stream as deemed best by coaching staff.
• Some players may not be streamed until we are in Phoenix
• We will attempt to have games for all players, but cannot promise this.

THIS EXPERIENCE IS FOR ALL PLAYERS (ages 8-13)

TENTATIVE PROGRAM SCHEDULE

TUESDAY 10th & WEDNESDAY 11th
ALL ATHLETES

• two per day workouts   //  each workout to run about 2 ½ hours
• sessions each morning and each evening.
• afternoons each day free for families to attend Spring Training games or other stuff.

THURSDAY 12th to SATURDAY 14th

DEVELOPMENT STREAM PERFORMANCE STREAM

• Thursday through Saturday continue training camp
• Some players may play in a tournament (TBD) with Big League Experience teams
• Those not assigned to tourney teams will play in a collection of exhibition games (subject to availability) Thursday through Saturday will play in Triple Crown Tournament
• Two Coyote teams 13U & 12U
• Schedule will be available after March 8th.

FEES - full program fee is $450 per player

• Fee does not include travel or accommodations
